This episode was a great one for me.  I knew I needed to start outsourcing some of my work, but this episode kind of pushed me over the edge.  I’m starting slow; I hired someone locally to come in and do 5 hours of video editing each week (while I’m at my real job), to insure that I can keep new content flowing, even when I’m busy with other tasks.  This has gotten me in the mindset of really figuring out how to best offload tasks that occupy time I could be using to grow the business.  Thanks!

Daniel, That’s awesome. You know that I think Music In The Hall is fantastic. Getting a team together to help you will turn it into Austin City Limits for a new generation.
